Has anyone used these before - reading about Pruex has made me think about water quality and it is very difficult to keep it clean in a trough. Will the valves work on mains pressure?

I don’t have tipping ones, but I ripped a couple of existing troughs out of my lambing shed last winter, and replaced them with small ‘bowl’ drinkers, for much the same reason. They are a lot easier to skip out with one hand and water stays a lot cleaner & fresher. They’re on the mains, but we haven’t got particularly high pressure here.

I have some here that run on mains pressure.
My pressure would be fairly low but I still get leaks at the valves.
The bowls themselves are easily cleaned and are fairly robust.
