hi
Wondered if anyone has used or knows of a good app to help keep job cards/time sheets for a complex contracting business.

I would like it to communicate back to our office. We currently use a hand written sheet but want to try and streamline the whole operation and get invoices produced quicker

Why not do a spreadsheet on google sheets, it is available to as few or as many people as you like, both on phones and PC, as long as you have internet and smartphones.

All you do is fill in the spreadsheet, you don't have to press save at any point, it's all done at the server, just go online and it's there, if there are multiple users it will tell you the last time it was accessed too I think.

I have service records and all sorts on it now.
