You could get one of those as an accessory for a Standen Rapide but I've never seen one in the flesh!
One of my neighbours had it on his rapid tanker many years ago now.The idea was to hold the harvester from sliding downhill off the row. It sort of worked until the harvester had crabbed a bit, then it helped to hold it down the slope:rolleyes: Needed operator to be awake and lift it before correcting back onto the row.

I do hate fixing webs, any handy tips
If web breaks anywhere other than the bottom, join it with loads of big zip ties so you can run the break to the bottom. Grind the top of rivets to find their centre then centre punch them, drill the counter sink out. Punch rivets out. Trim web with Stanley knife. Use genuine grimme joiners. Cut screws over length and pein them over. Pull web together with ratchet straps.
When swapping webs, clean and oil joining pin. Pull ends together with straps. Tap pin out 1/2" then put cordless drill on exposed end. Rotate pin with while pulling the drill. Saves a lot of hammering.

Do grimme do joiners to use if the web isnt broke at joining pin?
