Depends how much time and money you want to throw at it!
Would mean cab off and splitting the tractor, removing the lift to replace all the shifter shafts and fit the shifter arms, you’d need to check the diff housing was compatible,
then there’s the linkages and cab parts.

Personally I’d find one with the side shift if that’s what you want

Any reason why you’d want to change? I’ve got 1 with the gears in the middle and find it much easier than a tennis elbow gearbox.

It's an SG2 cab I believe
Now Then..
You have a low profile SG2, sometimes referred to as a centre shift. It looks an early one with the square button to release the bonnet.
All the tractors are the same under the cab. The low profile had centre shift, usually only one SCV and a cheaper seat. It depends how it was Spencer as they were generally aimed at the livestock and more thrifty sectors..
