John Deere 3200 Telehandler Joystick Issues

Our John Deeres Joystick was damaged. We have just replaced with a brand new one but it remains locked. No functions work at all. Any advice.

Fuse ? Wiring damaged below stick ? What fault finding have you done?

....check that the safety flapper thing on the joystick is adjusted correctly ( you should here a solenoid clicking behind the seat) when you put your hand in it. Adjustment is via an Allen key at the bottom of the handle...

We have checked the fuse panel and all fuses seem intact. Checked the plug wires for any damage all seems good. Small omron relay is energising when the flap is moved but still nothing???

yep relay is clicking. small omron relay at top of fuse box. still nothing though.

....I am now somewhat baffled......the movement function is mechanical on the 3200.
If the lever wont move I would now suspect the safety pin that locks the joystick in place...?

greater manchester. It's been apart again today and back together and it has started working.???? strange but good news.
