John Deere 6110M v 6125M

Gday all, New to this forum,Hay and mixed farming in Australia.
Am looking at upgrading from 03 JD 6320se to a New 6110M/6125M which over here are a 2580mm wheel base Tier 2 machine.
Can anyone tell me if there is any mechanical difference in the engine or is the 15 hp difference purely a tuning tweak in the ECM.
Theres a $10,000AUD difference in price so thinking maybe try the 6110 and tune/chip it up if its found wanting in the pto power department.
Would the power be noticeably better than the old 6320.
Any experience/knowledge out there ?

So I have spoken to a few people who reckon there's no difference between the two ,,only software.
have gone through the ordering process, on 6110M must say its good to be able to custom order what you need, down to 3PL ends and heavy duty PTO etc.
Couldn't delete the rear washer wiper though, maybe that's a legal requirement ?
