Can anyone tell me what the normal working temperature for the transmission is newer the better ?

My 2016 one has had an intermittent issue with heating the oil when on the road so has a valve changed but it's now running 15 degrees hotter than it used to all the time. The new valve had a different part number so wondering if they've changed something.

Would you happen to know what this valve was called, my 7530 is heating his transmission oil on the road now, and even when just left ticking over the oil is getting hotter not cooling. Cheers for any help / ideas.

Write what temps you get. I think 74°C should be max temp of transmisison oil.
One runs at 60 most of the time, this got to 108, someone told me to check the coolant level in the back half of the header tank as it can look full from the front but let air in to the back half and I think he said it can air lock the part that cools the trans oil, so to run the engine with the header cap off and to keep topping up to get all the air out, then replaced cap and drove it around, it got to 66 then back to 63 so hopefully all OK, ( except for the reason it's lost 4 ltrs of water).
