Standard stereo is a waste of time. No signal for any stations half the time. Bluetooth disconects every half hour. Would it be easy to put a dab radio in? And would the wiring slot straight in to the back of the new stereo? Tia

What about one of them DAB FM transmitters? I got one for one of the cars and it works a treat. USB powered then transmits the DAB into FM to pick up on some obscure FM frequency.. Was £25ish I think.

It's does hands-free on it aswell but not used as I look at driving as away time.

It coverts DAB into FM.... Comes with DAB aerial sticks on the glass. Picks up DAB then transmits as FM. The Stereo picks it up on something like 87.3 FM.

Does the same with Bluetooth for calls but I've not tried that.

I got it for the Football when I'm on the Motorway

Yeh 12v socket. Needs the USB plug to go in the socket them usb to the DAB FM gizmo.

I use twin USB plug so can charge phone at the same time etc.

Thanks for that. Looks like it will do the job at a cheaper price so worth a try [emoji1303]

I can't see the details of that one I linked to properly but it needs to transmit the DAB to FM.

Mine works a treat.. Crystal Clear. Aerial sticks to the glasd then hidden the aerisl wire so the plug sticks out by the gizmo. The Gizmo has a magnet on the back and sticks to a suction mount aswell.
