Any tips on feeder house elevator radial pin slip clutch took it apart and there is only one spring behind each cap and there are a couple of spaces for more springs and caps. rebuild with more springs caps or add washers behind the existing springs. I expect jd only do replace clutch. Or is there an aftermarket replacement

Looks like you have to get the complete clutch for me the combine, however there use a similar clutch on the foragers with a double spring setup.
It may be worth seeing if the cambs and springs are the same

Yep I found that 2
I think it’s a winter service job
some of the trouble maybe from it not feeding to the elevator overly well I’ve got the auger as close as pos to the stripper bar and as low . It’s dragging the crop round with the auger some times and I’m not sure if the elevator is grabbing it overly well. Any tips on that. May try up and back abit today.

Would they not just be walterschied parts every slip clutch on a JD machine ive taken apart has been walterschied . If you can find out the torque required they can usually tell you the correct combination of springs.

Are the auger fingers fully retracted when they get to the back? I think you can adjust the timing on the r/h side of the header.
