Was after a cylinder head for a john deere 6150r if anyone nows of one or a tractor being broken that would be brilliant

Other than @NYTP i couldn’t tell you where to get a used head, although if it’s any help the head looks to be used on any 6 cylinder 6R or 6M series tractor. I’d need to confirm with engine serial numbers etc

Have you priced a reman head from your dealer?

Yes its about 1900 but need turbo 6 pistons and some injectors thought get a head off a breaker and get it reconditioned

I was going to say have you priced an exchange engine, however i just have and it’s 20k!!!
Hope you find something.

You can get a a long block for about 9,000 from John Deere this is for a claas same as 6150r but the block is stressed!
