John deere kids gator suitable for 3-8 year olds.

This does have some scratches and scrapes but otherwise is in excellent condition. Brand new wheels and tailgate just fitted. Comes with battery and charger

My kids have got one and it will drive over pretty rough stuff. They often goa round the fields in it.

Not sure how old but I guess it is 6-8 years old. I bought it in the autumn for my boy, but have been given a brand new one for Xmas so thought I would let this one go to another future farmer!

Not sure how long the battery lasts as have not used it yet, didn't want to scratch the new tyres to be honest as I would like it to look as new as possible for the next owner.

My mate's kids had one and he strapped up an old tractor battery to it and it would run all day. Also I looked online and there is a 'tuning' community and apparently you can safely connect a 6v battery in series to boost it up to 18v and it would absolutely fly!

I connected the battery up to test it- pressed the pedal and the thing nearly drove over me! So I think it will be fine power-wise in rough going.

Think it would cost about 50 from Aberdeen to here, plus from you to Aberdeen!

My 2 year old loves his it's amazing where it goes without getting stuck it's getting a few war wounds now though battery lasts most days but got a spare as back up just to keep the peace

Wire set wheels out in no time on Tarmac
Battery lasts about. 3 hours

Our kids love ours, they deliver the logs from the log pile to the front door with it, the hard part is having them stop delivering so we can use the door without climbing the logs.
We paid similar money for a used one 18mths ago its needed a new battery and is going to need new wheels at some point,
You can stretch inner tubes over the wheels to get more wear/grip but Im told this leads to gearbox failures because of the lack of wheel spin.
A previous electric car was only one wheel drive and was hopeless off perfectly smooth roads, but the gater has 2wd and goes all round the garden even across young wheat crops
