Does anyone on here have any feedback on being a member of the jD panel?

Received an invite this last week to join their online customer community What are the pros and cons to joining?

I received one, I thought it sounded very boring.

It didn’t initially fill me with enthusiasm but I thought maybe I was missing something, hence the post.

I got invited couple years ago,joined it and you just get the odd survey through. To be honest I’ve given up doing them though
