Pretty specific this time.
Baler is knotting OK but holding the knot on the left hand side below the twine finger, so looking at twine finger adjustment.
Manual says that firstly, twine fingers should be as far forward as possible and then show the following pic, fig 33.
But actually, relative to the baler itself, that is the mounting bolts as far back as possible. However it would be as far forward as possible relative to the knotter box.
Mine were set the opposite to what is shown in the photo, i.e. as far forwards as possible relative to the baler and with the maximum amount of the slide showing.
But I assume the pic in the manual is as it should be?
Clarification from anyone running a Jones baler (10t but I guess others are the same) would be greatly appreciated.
