Looking to rebuild the macerator on a joskin 7.5mtr trailing shoe. Just wondering if anyone knows the best place to source parts and what kind of cost is involved?

Where in the country are you ? As Buglers in Dorest and Toppins in Cumbria seem to be the best for Joskin parts. You will need to measure the macerator disc and number of small discs fitted as many different sizes.

I solved the problem with my joskin , I sold it . I have an agri quip now and it has a lot less wearing parts and gives no trouble , I was fed up getting up taking out bits of stones from the joskin .

Thanks for the replies when I took the revolving plate off with the cutting discs on the stainless. Nuts was welded to it!! Is this normal?? And also the bolts also had a tack of weld to stop them coming undone??

They have a special type nut and bolt to hold the disc, mine has done over 10m gallons with no noticeable wear.
