Keeping Canada geese

Hi I recently rescued a Canada goose hit by a car and then let it go after a few weeks of looking after it. Ever since that I have wanted to have a Canada goose as a pet but heard that they’re migratory birds. If I was to keep a pair in my garden how would I stop it from flying away and where would I be able to buy a pair. Regards, Bill

When we were kids one of the houses in the village had a pet goose called Smirnoff. It used to swim in the pool. The only advice I can give is that house training is a challenge ??

Friendly?

They’re one of our most dangerous national animals

Where’s that video of the one attacking the herd of yearlings?

Think there’s one filmed beating up an elephant as well.
