It’s a pity someone hasn’t come up with a system of kind of water runways with a whole network of them taking the puddles away and buggering off out to sea.


Not sure we’ve got the time to develop that further just yet, have we?

Trouble is fitting a drawbar to a puddle to tow it away will be difficult I think.

Drawbar? Blimey, that’ll need some hp by the time I’ve got from here to the sea and snagged a few more along the way. I live 6 miles from the centre of England you know!

I was initially thinking tankers but then backloads of seawater might struggle to catch on, so what about just laying a load of underground pipes for the puddles to sit in ?

As part of the dynamic duo’s Brexit sort out, you could use those tankers of sea water to move the UK’s fishing grounds inland, where those pesky Europeans couldn’t get at them.
By lowering sea level around the UK by an inch or two, you’d make more land around the coast as well.

Another thought ,if uou piped up to the top of the hills it could then run down said hills irrigating as it goes ,maybe a turbine or 2

As long as you’re busy doing stuff you enjoy then I suppose that’s good. Many businesses end up a lot different to how they started.
