Suppose a robin could squeeze through the gate so all is not lost.
Dopey road building twunts made a badger run under a new road with that stuff. It was about 30 odd metres in length and dipped down quite sharp either end.
Worked a treat. They found several dead badgers in it and other critters because it was too steep and smooth for anything to get out.
You couldn’t make it up.
Here’s another one actually, just seen today. A new footbridge has been built over a railway near Birmingham. Apparently it cost over £400,000. It was built with ramps up and down either side so that both animals and disabled folks in wheelchairs can use it.
There is nothing but acres and acres of corn either side and I can’t see anybody in a wheelchair crossing that just to use a bridge, but more importantly than that, either side of the bridge is a hand gate that a wheelchair won’t fit through and animals can neither open nor get through.
Complete muppetry
It is very, very smart though.
Reckon he’d get over with an AG mini, perfect for putting hydrated lime on 100 cow cubicles, not so good for 2 ton/acre on 100 acres of stubble. Can you go over it with lime spreader?
