Didn’t see my assistant this morning in the yard I left him a list by the biscuit tin so hopefully he’s started making our new range of concrete pads for sheds and car parks etc.

I made the first pad for the new multi storey complex in the metropolis known as Welshpool.

It’s about 200m x 100m and 400mm thick.

I’m not sure we’re gonna lift it with the digger.

I asked them what they were protesting about and they said something about a bunch of twunts ruining Welshpool city centre with a new multi storey car park.

Cripes that digger and a shear must make that road cut back job a heck of a lot safer and faster. Anytime you see guys doing that around here for the Highways they have a team of blokes with chainsaws, a chipper going etc. None of that with the method Kev uses, cut and onto a forestry trailer and gone.

Works well to be fair
Tree surgeons going there next week to reduce some canopies though.
A grapple saw would be king though but mega expensive.
Biggest problem we have is traffic in the live lane going too fast.

How does a grapple saw differ? More complexity I guess but would let you grab and cut bigger trees?
