Khun BPR 280 Flail Topper( Year)

Im trying to work out What year my Khun BPR 280 Flail topper is from the serial number as there is no year on the topper the serial number is 091395 can anyone help please

The ram will probably have a date stamped on it. As will the gearbox and probably pto guard
