Kidd Mulcher/ topper 283 Anyone used one?

Hi we have the chance of a couple of very clean KIDD 283 mulcher style toppers and wondering if anyone has used them or had any experience of them?
1 has the wheel kit other has the roller.
any thoughts would be apricated
