Never known anyone hurt themselves sat in the passenger seat of a tractor, spent many hundreds of happy hours sat next to my dad as a kid. Are they going to ban passengers in cars next Going by the news recently it’s much more dangerous to go to a carnival or a dance class!

I think this law was brought in when most tractors were 35s or dextas which were probably not the best place for a child hanging on although I'm sure plenty of us did it.

Probably the reason why farm kids are the only ones that have a bit of common sense when they grow up.

Don't think I knew the driver but I was on the roof rack of his 110 in Callander one night when he got pulled over by plod. Think there was 14 of us between inside and on top - but that was in the days when we were just told to walk the rest of the way and he was told not to do it again

In London a guy go's around on his bicycle filming those who commit offences, mainly using a mobile when stopped in a queue or at the lights. He then passes this on to the Police, so far, he has had over 1,400 charged.

His videos are posted on social media, and due to the number of clicks and followers, he will be getting paid handsomely for his work.
