Any suggestions how to straighten it up.
With a heavier boom than originally fitted, liquid fert responsibility I.e. extra weight and 6k hours on the clock the rear adjustable axle has gone a bit knock knees. Kicking the wheels out at the bottom.
A previous owners attempts to beef up the outside of the sliding axle frames has let go.
So I'd like to tackle it in a bit more effective way.
Thanks S.

Some pictures would help as I'm not familiar with the Knight sprayer. It sounds pretty serious and I'd be checking other parts of the chassis for similar stress damage due to overloading.

Depending on the construction of the axle, replacement or removing and re-fabricating the deformed section would be the safest option.

I had a 1530 and like you say, it’s the adjustable axles, they had ripped the box that the axle slides out of, mine had been welded up before too, I sold it before sorting it, so I’m not much help.

Sounds a common fault , the newer version is made from 15mm instead of 8mm plate.
Tank has to be removed to do it right and then the pin which holds the rear axle unit.
Was hoping there might have been a quicker option.
Job for this week !
