Kramer 580 slow hydraulics

The hydraulics have gone very slow on our kramer 580,drive is fine its just the loader.
I have tested the pressure at the pump and we have 250 bar at maximum revs
At idle when you try to lift the loader the guage will rise too 100bar but the loader will be very slow to lift.

Is there anything i should look at that may cause everything to be slow?

You also need to check the hyd pump flow rate at 0 and 250 bar.

Wee bit of a long shot, but could pump output be linked to throttle position? My Manitou has a switch/sensor on the throttle linkage and when a wire broke it gave the same symptoms.
