Kramer error code

Got error code 003 come up on dash of an 880 loader. Battery had gone flat and I thought it was just connected to a low power issue. Moving it today, i noticed the 4ws had gone. Now only 2ws but the lights on the dash showing whether 2ws or 4ws is selected don't light up.
Is the 003 error code steering related?

Hi, I have the same tractor. I have a problem with this error, sometimes kramer stops and does not go. What does this error depend on? How did you solve it? Help me deal with this error.
