Krone comprma chain oiler problem

Can't get my chain oiler to put oil down the pipes to the brushes, oil is to the pipe banks just not coming down the pipes is there a restriction in the coupling between the pipe and pipe bank ? All filters clean and clean oil in ! Any help appreciated !

All filters clean and clean oil in ! Any help appreciated could it be an air lock . I can't remember right but the 1250 round pack would air lock if it ran out of oil

It's not air locked just no oil coming out of oil banks, it's a masterlube system, possible problem with non return valves ?

Watching with interest as mine puts loads out on near side but barely and sniff on off side. Had pipes off and blown out and no blockages.. Also wondering if there’s something in oil bank

We’ve recently had a customers Krone baler with the same problem. Oiler bank on one side working as it should, nothing from the other side. We replaced the faulty bank .

Unscrew the brass fittings from the bank. They control flow and are numbered to show the flow speed. They have a fine gauze on the top of them that gets clogged.
I remove mine occasionally to clean and wash them in petrol to remove any gunge.

Had the fitter here this morning, changed tank as no filter in it and the brass fittings had no fine gauze on them so they have all been changed as well, it's working fine now that's what warranties are for!
