Going look at the above drill tomorrow, would be going on a Valtra T214 any tips and user experience would be welcome. Are they good in the wet ? Are the new versions much better ? TIA

Have the same drill but with the df2 front box with fert. It’s a heavy thing, you won’t move it without something on the front. The disc choke up in the terribly wet stuff but probably shouldn’t be there in the first place. In stony conditions the disc hub can shear off the coulter. Check how worn the bushes are on the coulters, not an easy job to change. Check the rotors below the gearboxes as it’s a single ball bearing so not the strongest and can leak.
Overall it’s a well built drill but most of them are bound to be knocking up the acres now.
We bought an 2008 this year. Really pleased with. Been drilling in some mud and no blockages. Bit of a lump. Has yours an electric box. It does help and you don't need so many spools. So much better engineered than a lemkin we went to look at.
