anyone running a new electric drive df2 ? Looking to upgrade my existing df2 and was wondering if any one has used it with electric drive and variable rate applications etc. Calibration is that as good as they say ? Isobus ? Which screen .?

Any thoughts good or bad gratefully received

Talk to RDS they do the best retrofit systems as it is basically what KRM / Claydon / Sumo / Weaving are all fitting to there machines from new so tried and tested and can be easily retrofitted

i have 2 df2 hoppers with electric drive, run with a focus 2 box in non isobus tractor and have ran them through john deere tractor screen and a tellus go screen. Never used them for variable rate seeding as yet. always found them to be very accurate, calebration is relatively simply

Yes, for 3 seasons now. Works very well and extremely accurate, VR prescriptions on a JD 2630 via isobus socket. Basically plug and play
