KV Geospread load cells

Anyone know much about these? Looks like number 2 is the problem, is it a case of replacing it or is there something else I can do?
Total weight is about 10-12% out on 1800 kg of Amidas.

Check electrical connections/plugs are clean and cables for damage.

Now Then...
Check all the retaining bolts. I had one with a loose bolt a few years back

As above I had a bolt fall out and it was giving weird readings
