KV LD-85 plough turnover creep

Hello. For seveal years now the plough has tried to creep while its lifted up, until the rear wheel rests on the ground. This means when you are on the road you have to keep fiddling with the spool to keep it at 90 degrees. Recently it has started doing this while it is in the ground, so that the front furrow rotates up out of the ground. We have just had both rams resealed (oil was pissing out of both) so i reckon it has to be the turnover valve. ours is one that pushes the front furrow ram all the way out before turning over. so it all runs on one spool. can you get these boxes resealed or replaced? If so, which box/seal kit do i need and where can i get it from? Or is there some kind of adjustment? It seems like the oil is seeping through the box into the turnover ram allowing it to extend while in work. doesnt seem to do it with the front furrow cylinder locked, but you cant lock it as the front furrow needs adjusting each time you flip it over as for some reason the front furrow width is different going each direction, and if you lock it then the rear wheel smashes into the ground. It did seem to be having a job flipping over before the rams got resealed, sometimes it would get halfway and then stop, but since the rams have been resealed it doesnt seem to do this any more. Any help is much appreciated.

The valves are really quite expensive. I haven’t don’t it but believe it is fairly simple to strip and clean. Before even going there plumb the turn over ram straight into the tractor spool, just to check. It could always be the spool.... or it could still be the ram seals if not done properly.

Must be contagious. We have had same problem. For us it was the internal piston seal in the turnover ram. No external leakage, but oil leaking from one side of piston to the other with no external leakage. Be absolutely sure you’ve checked this first as the control box is megabucks but I think Krampe do one???

mine does just the same, but not quite as bad. So far I've just been turning the tap off on the alignment ram to bring the thing home which has been getting me by. As for your front furrow problem, I have also had to slide the cross shaft over a bit and have the drop arms adjusted to different lengths to get anywhere near acceptable, might be worth trying as well

I was just thinking, if the plough now tries to turn over in work, usually it's the alignment ram that operates first in a turn over sequence.

Could there be a leak in the sequencing valve block on the headstock of the plough. There was a thread on replacing o rings in it on this forum.
No its open as it should be for field operation (else the wheel smashes into the ground when you flip it

Well that's what I was wandering, if I could get a seal kit or something rather than replacing the box cause it's expensive aparently.
