Same problem here. They are finicky things I opened one up once and made it worse but there are people who know what they're doing with them that can fix them .
Bypass itMy plough turns over half way then returns back to start Is there a repair kit for this block? Been quoted £1300 for a new one
You need it on an es/eg as it shuts I and opens up during turnoverBypass it
I put a new one on my ed plough
Made no difference
Hoses go to ram direct now and change direction manually
You can do that on a different spoolYou need it on an es/eg as it shuts I and opens up during turnover
Total pain in the ass thoYou can do that on a different spool
ED does too
Good luckIt only plays up turning over one way So would that mean bearings and ram seals are likely to be fine? I’ll get the block stripped apart to check if can see a problem
Better thsn wasting £1300Total pain in the ass tho
Maybe if you're only doing a little bit of ploughing but not if you do a lot I just couldn't be arsed with faffing around with itBetter thsn wasting £1300
How hard is it to pull another lever?Maybe if you're only doing a little bit of ploughing but not if you do a lot I just couldn't be arsed with faffing around with it
When you're doing it a LOT every day it gets very annoying when things aren't how they should be .How hard is it to pull another lever?
Well i replaced the block, and the bearings, the hoses and the ram, and it still wont work so pulling the other lever works for meWhen you're doing it a LOT every day it gets very annoying when things aren't how they should be .
