Hi to everyone. I bought a kverneland geo fertlilizer spread with non-isobus tractor wiring loom which looks like this:

the power supply comes from the battery. The problem is, I already have isobus socket for Field iq from trimble with really capable power supply cable. My idea is to duplicate power supply from trimble socket to new Kverneland socket and only use canbus wire from Tellus control unit. But whats bothers me is that connection from power supply loom to Tellus control unit. It has 4 wires and I am not completely sure if those can be cut-off and be reconnected form + - cables as well. any suggestions what readings to get from them? Since I already have 2 thick wires from the battery, I would physically struggle to add another one

You are seriously over complicating things, just use the KV harness and plug your screen in via the cab 7 pin socket.
I have no room on the tractor for third thick cable. All the holes under the bonnet are filled with cables and another one would just replicate the one is already there. I might just fasten kv loom somewhere under the cab and connect kv loom to Trimble power supply instead of battery

I've got my kv loom wired onto an Anderson plug so it's coiled up and lays behind the cab on top of the spool bank so it takes 30 seconds to take it off and run it on another tractor and no need to run another cable to the battery
