L200 interior panel removal

As above for a 14 plate extended cab (2 door) I need to remove the side panel that covers the seatbelt holders. I cannot see any screws or access points so could anyone help with there location.

Pry bar and hammer and it’ll pop off

Thankyou for your advice it popped off but a sod to put together again.
