Below comment from the ASG re the equally/more important issue of legislative change. Anyone who knows anyone in this field, now is the time to gently prod.


a task group has been formed to deal with the 5% and the EU negotiations which have started and the OV stuff is moving a bit too. There does seem to be some effort going in!
