I wanted to air an ambition of mine and to see if anyone has an interest in a potential business opportunity. As we all know the current economic state is not ideal, and a small business venture on the side may be of interest to someone.
Myself and my partner are looking for a lake, irrigation reservoir or pond In the east anglia and neighbouring areas, for lease, or potentially for sale. We both have previous for running exclusive and private carp fisheries, and are currently looking for an opportunity to develop another, with a small membership.
The Criteria for out search is fairly simple,
Lake size of 3acres +.
Road way or track access
The ability to fence the water in order to protect stock
If the concept interests yourself or are just looking for a little extra income in the current climate, I would very much like to hear what you may have available.
