Lakes or ponds to rent in Essex- Colchester-Tendring

Hi looking for a lake and or large pond to lease on a long term basis in the Essex- Colchester- Tendring area or close it would be used for a small carp fishing syndicate I would look after and maintain the grounds to high level and do our own fish stocking.
