Hello there, I am currently looking for lakes and ponds that are unused or used for irrigation
Ideally looking for 1care+ in size
Idea being that it would run as a day ticket fishery, maintance of the site would be undertaken by us aswell.
I Understand that this would be an opportunity for a farmer to put to use any spare water which is currently unused.
I would also pay for the formal agreement to written up. With regards to payment we could go two ways.
Option 1) a fixed payment agreed upon to be paid annually
Option 2) Profit share each year on an agreed % of takings
Looking in the co10 area up to 20miles
