Lamb conjunctivitis/ Cloudy eye

I have had a few lambs, 3-7 days old, develop conjunctivitis or a single cloudy eye.

Any recommendations for treatment?

We’ve had two this year.couldn’t see the eyelid turned in bit weeping and cloudy,I rolled the eyelid gently and ( don’t tell anyone) a gentle squirt of Terramycin, one is still cloudy so is getting a mix of 1 ml warm water and 1 ml alamycin, used like eye drops for a day or two

just to add , we’ve had energmycin ( sp) in the past , don’t use it as it fizzes up on contact
The Terramycin seems to squirt like a liquid
