Lamb with floppy back leg

One of triplets fine at birth it just suddenly lost the use of a back leg it seems floppy bit like a dead leg. No apparent damage showing no sigh of pain, seems quite happy running around on three legs!
Any thoughts please?

Take him off and feed him as a pet.

Ewes probably gone over it and have it a knock , might come right in a day or two .
