Lamb with sore patches

Have a lamb about 10 weeks old, he got struck with maggots he is now clean from maggots but cannot get the wound to heal. Hes had alamycin, spraying him with teramisyin, been done with crovect, and hes ok for wormer. Hes not ill with it and the rest of the flock are ok. Any suggestions on how to get it to heal. Is it scabbing over then he is rubbing it once the scab forms? making him itchy. Vicious circle.
So long as it is not a massive area, try some green oils on him.

Have a ewe struck last year, did the same, can still see a weeping patch now she's clipped!

Udder cream or Sudacrem. I appreciate why he's been Crovect treated but I also suspect it is an awful irritant on deeper wounds. It certainly affects a number of my friends who report burning skin sensations after using it.
If it were one of mine, and bear in mind I'm a big softie with time on my hands, I'd bathe it with baby shampoo (or a similar gentle cleanser), towel the area dry and liberally apply either of the above and then reapply the cream each day.

Summer fly cream is great, it's bright yellow and thick so stays on for a while, keeps the flys off and stops the skin drying out.
