Lambing assistant pay

Morning all, just wondered what the going rate would be for an 18 yr old lad with a few years experience helping out with lambing, he's working hard and doing long / late hours.

Thanks Clive, I thought £8 to £10 really, just worked out he's being paid £4... and to make it worse the guy's a 'friend'

I pay £10 for someone who operates on their own in the field---with back up occasionally from me if required

£8 would be ok for a youngster working under supervision
