Lambs with droopy ears

Hi I have had a couple of lambs with droopy ears and one side of their faces seems paralysed, have jabbed them with betamox twice and they're still the same. The lambs are not I'll or anything and are first into creep feeder. Wondering what could cause this?

They have probably banged them on the creep feeder and filled with fluid, a bit like cauliflower ear!

Vitamin b1 deficiency. Look up the symptoms
