Somebody told me,the other day,that a while they were offered 80 odd acres of land they had on a fbt.They put in a paltry low offer not thinking for one minute they would get it .Several weeks passed and ,to their suprise,the agent made contact and said the land was theirs.This is land that can grow crops and roots.
Makes you wonder.
Very little land on the market to really test the depth of the market. The good locations will continue to be met with strong demand but second tier will struggle
