Theresa Villers slipped into the Agriculture Bill that there would be tenacy modernisation.

Considering she is extremely right wing & a vegitarian. I think this is a worry. Maybe not for me, I own more than I rent, but still a worry.

I hope, I'm wrong but I think she wants landlords to be able to kick tenants off & sign up for tree planting.

Most tenancies contain clauses to allow the owner to take back possession (6 yrs rent as compo) for non-agricultural use. Usually used for development, but I'm sure Carbon Management could be classed as non agricultural.
