Large Barn Renovation Quotes Wanted - North East

Does anyone know of any companies in the North East that renovate agricultural buildings? I've got two sheds approx 10,000 and 5,000 sq ft that I'm considering renting out for storage or light commercial use but they need a fair bit of work first. Both are steel frame, block wall and asbestos roof/guttering. The work would include the following:

- Roofing & guttering repairs to both buildings.
- Building a wall on a part open side of the large unit.
- Possibly a floor required in the large unit but definitely in the smaller one.
- Fitting a roller shutter door to the smaller unit.
- Installation of lighting, power sockets and water points.
- Sub-meters for power and water.
- Clearing a 5,000 sq ft area of rough ground adjacent to both buildings to create an outdoor parking/storage area.
- Building a wall with gates around the outdoor area.
- Creating a short access road/ramp to a country lane.
- Possibly some cladding to make them look nicer.

I'm also considering splitting the larger unit into two which would involve building a dividing wall and installing another roller shutter door.

I appreciate that this could be general commercial building work as opposed to agricultural but I just thought I'd see if anyone knows of someone around here who specialises in this kind of thing. I'm looking to get a ball-park figure for refurbishment vs re-building in the first instance to see if it's worth pursuing. I've found a few companies who can quote for new buildings but nothing yet on refurb, at least no-one local. Thanks.
