Late N to boost protein.

I have some wheat which looks good and dare I say has good potential despite being on some blowing sand.
It has had 160kg of N.
The question is do/should I apply a little more to boost the protein and if so in which form?
It's Montana,
No T0 or T1
Epoxy, ctl and a mildewicide for T2
Tebconazole, ctl last weekend at T3 IMG_20190607_092711943.jpg

We have to put on 250kg N to hit milling. Generally we do 210kg early and then 40kg N protein spray in late June. 160kg is low for protein.

On our sand I find it unnecessary to use high fert rates as normally moisture limits yield. I have regularly made full spec with as low as 120kg of N. This year ear numbers are much higher than normal hence asking the collective. The crop will probably be double that of last year.

Have done 240kg so far on Montana second wheat, will possibly do a leaf N test before using liquid at milky ripe.
You need to get in excess of 14.5% protein to get the full premium available.
