Biggest load of rubbish going and that report should be chucked in the bin.

They have no idea how many deaths there might be in the UK so just state it could be many thousands or hundreds of thousands.

They won't be locking down or quarentining me, of that I can assure you. I'm not sure how they even would intend to enforce a lock down in my part of the world. Very rare you see a copper around here, even less chance if a crime has been committed. Can't see that changing tbh.

I think you should read the report before rubbishing it.
iI have not read it in full, by any stretch, but it is laying out options and certainly if the option is lock down then it needs to be for up to 18 months, which by any stretch of the imagination Is out of the question.
