Got an old Lawrence Edwards bale wrapper and need some help and anyone tell me how to route the film?

think you've got the pre stretch unit rotated wrong way.
Easy way to tell is rotate the rollers. One is faster than the other.
Put the wrap on the holder so the wrap is pulling off on the side facing bale. Then round the grey idler. Then round the slow roller, then the fast one.
From the pic it looks like you got the fast one up to the idler

Actually you might have it right.
If you have the wrap pulling off the correct side and going round the fast roller second you'll struggle to get it wrong
