Layer manure dryer

Does anyone know of dryers for layer manure?
Can't retrofit in the shed, so will need to be external.
Unfortunately we can't use the hot air from the shed to provide the heat.
Am aware of the belt systems from the likes of Big Dutchman.
Was thinking of making a rotating barrel dryer.
Needs to handle about 5tons per day.

Any thoughts or suggestions for research?

Bauer has a drier that I think would do it, but at 5 tonne per day the costs would outweigh the benefit I think
