Laying in nest boxes

Looking for tips on how to get hens to lay in nest boxes
Have just started with 300 free range hens in a McGregor Polytunnel with LA System nest boxes, only been laying for about 10 days now however seem to get a lot of eggs not laid in nest boxes

Hi, use straw in the nest boxes until they get used to going in them.

place where nest boxes are situated needs to be darkest place in house

light up the shed so birds lay in the nest boxes also walk birds every hour pick all eggs up
