Lely 320 mower conditioner

I hooked my mower up yesterday to get it out of the shed and tried folding it. It folds to 2/3 all the way up then stops. Can't see nothing catching. Tried it on 2 different tractors. Any ideas? Cheers matt

Reverse single acting ram and oil gone in the empty cavity due to leaking seal's and can't escape because your breathers blocked and making it hydraulic lock.

As above what @kill said.
Try disconnecting one end of the ram and see if it will close up fully. That will rule out a tight spot on on any of the pivot mechanism

Thanks for your help guys. It had lost its float pressure and that was it. Wouldn't of thought float would help it lift
